              Very disappointed that this business told me I would have to get (and then, of course, pay for) a service I had declined. This dentist refused to do a check-up and cleaning (denying me care) because I wouldnt get X-rays during the visit. We recently moved to MO. So this was a new experience with a new dentist. I have lived in many places (including MA, PA, D.C., CA) and never once had a dentist tell me I had to get X-rays when I didnt want to. (I get them done periodically, just not as often as dentist offices usually do them. And EVERY other dentist has always respected my decision to not do them.)No legitimate medical professional should be telling patients they have to do something that they are unwilling or uncomfortable doing. Besides, the really good dentists will tell you that it just isnt necessary to do X-rays as often as dentists commonly do them.This was definitely not one of the good dentists Ive been to. It was the worst.
