We recently had our roof replaced by Brandon ** Roofing and while our initial contact with the service rep was great, we did not have a good experience with the quality of work performed. The first crew installed the incorrect color drip edge and did some small amount of damage; when another crew was sent out to correct the issues, we ended up with a new set of problems. We would not recommend this company.

Brandon J Roofing repaired my roof but told me that my original shingles were obsoleted. I found out today that my original shingles are in fact "NOT" obsoleted. I was lied to and very saddened by this type of service. Also, when the new shingles were put on, they were put on crooked. If I could give this company no stars I would. I have the pictures to confirm the disastrous work.

We just had a new roof put on and it looks amazing. ***** worked directly with our insurance company and he was great to work with. We definatley recommend Brandon J Roofing.

Brandon J Roofing is the best in ********* Area. Free inspections and the workers were very detailed and the end clean up was absolutely amazing. 10/10. Their follow up to answer all questions was excellent. I would highly recommend this company for a smooth, stress-free, clean roofing repairs!

I have a large NO SOLICITING sign on my storm door. A man named **** came to my door this past Saturday, stared directly at the NO SOLICITING sign for a bit, then kept standing there on my porch as my Ring doorbell went off. I was occupied with something important so I didn't respond, but he just kept standing there, waiting for me to respond. At that point my dogs started barking so I had no choice but to disengage with what I was doing and go outside to talk with him. I pointed at the sign, and he said he'd decided to knock anyway because he'd been driving by and seen a loose shingle on my roof. I told him he should've heeded the sign, that he'd interrupted me in the middle of something important. Instead of just going away at that point, he wanted to argue about it. I therefore decided the best thing to do was to file a complaint. I would never do business with a company that drives around neighborhoods knocking on doors to try to drum up business. But a company that blatantly ignores NO SOLICITING signs is even worse.

Tuesday, March 7, I met a very nice man named ***** ****** from Brandon J Roofing. His truck was parked on the street and his crew was assessing the roof of a house across the street. He offered to check my roof for free while he was there, and mentioned that several houses in the surrounding area were getting replacement roofs and repairs due to the severe weather we recently had. I agreed and he came down a short time later to show me some pictures of the damage. He felt that my roof and gutter damages would qualify under my homeowners insurance and offered to help me file a claim if I wanted. I passed on this offer and accepted his business card and he left with a smile. WOW! No hard pressure sales. I did a little background check on Brandon J, and consulted with my neighbor that had an inspection done on his roof. I decided to file a claim with my insurance company, ******** ******. Monday March 13 around 9 AM ******** ****** had their inspectors (Hancock Claims) at my house. ***** from Brandon J was there to answer questions for these inspectors. They were off the roof on finished by 9:30 AM and they agreed I had a valid claim. Friday, March 17 ***** and his supervisor came over with the display shingles and offered many options. It was a very comfortable and no pressure experience ,we were relieved by that. We made our selections and signed an electronic contract. Even though we now had the funds in our account not one penny was asked for until the day of installation. To our surprise, a little afternoon on March 24 ****** from Brandon J called and said an opening was available for the follow and Thursday, March 30 for our installation. 7:20 AM of installation day, a team of six workers arrived and getting ready to go do their thing. I left for a while and then returned to take my wife out for a day of fun and relaxation. Our cameras showed them leaving around 2 PM with everything completely done and cleaned up. It looks AMAZING!

Had roof replacement done by Brandon J Roofing. From beginning to end, ******* ****** was great to work with. He took care of every detail and always kept us informed. This was a much better experience than our last roofing job. They were very detailed and the end clean up was absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend.

Brandon J Roofing did a great job on a roof, underboards repair, gutters and downspouts. They kept to all timing and cost promises. Their follow up to answer all questions was excellent. I would highly recommend this company. ***** *
