i have always been very skeptical about doing business over the phone, the salesman i spoke with was very informational and helpful. walked me through the BBB to look at their ratings and reviews. to my surprise they seemed to have a good reputation. i was told i would have a 30 day review period and i could get 100% of my money back with in the first 30 days. i activated the coverage, reviewed the paperwork and was happy with everything in their contract. finally i found myself stuck on the side of the road and all i had to do was call them and they came and towed me into the shop and provided me with a rental car. best part was that they also paid the mechanic directly and all i had to pay was $100. i was very happy i decided to follow my gut and get this coverage. I highly recommend American Auto Repair Coverage.

very happy with the decision i made to **************. I received a call from american auto about 4 months ago saying they could offer me a warranty for my car. I listened to their offer, told them i wanted to check around and makesure i would get the best price. after speaking with the dealership and hearing what they had to offer i called american auto back to compare and they had a much better price than my dealership. i activated my coverage with them and extremely happy i did! when my car needed repairs for electrical issues and a sensor, i took my car to the same dealership that offered me a higher price on a warranty and american auto paid them in full while also providing me with a rental car to drive while my car was in the shop. american auto has wonderful customer service and made the entire process simple and convenient for me. highly recommend. 10/10

I activated my coverage less than 5 months ago. Just experienced my first break down a couple weeks ago, and boy am I glad I purchased a warranty. American auto towed me into the shop, gave me a rental car, and paid my mechanic directly. They did everything they said they would and more!! Great company 10/10 highly recommend

I got a call from this company, and after answering some questions I was offer a great deal, so I put down first payment to start my contract. The next day I called because I had a few more questions and that is when all the drama began. The contract price that was quoted to me over the phone was a different price then what I exactually received. So instead of getting into all the drama of the deal that was made to me and that I did not receive, I canceled the contract that very moment, which was the very next day of making the contract. While cancelling the contract, I asked how long will it take for the payment I made yesterday to reverse back into my account. I was told because I cancelled within 24 hours the payment will never be charged to my account. So, I was very shocked and in disbelief, a few days later when I noticed that they (****) did charge my credit card for the first payment of a cancelled contract in which I have a cancellation number which was provided by them on day of cancellation. I called asking wanting answers as to why I had not been reimbursed and was told it will take 7 to 10 business days from the date of cancelling contract to reverse the charges. It is now 15 days later, and they still have not put the money back on the credit card. I am now being told that they are going to expedite the transaction and that should only take 2 to 3 business days to get back the money, which lets me know that the credit could have been put back earlier all along. First and foremost, they are liars (if a person is quoted one price for the policy over the phone, that price should not change, not even by $1.00 when that paperwork is done, if so, it is considered fraud). Second, they are thieves (withdrawing money off a cancelled contract) Look, I would have left more information about this transaction but BBB states not to leave personable identifiable information in my customer review. PLEASE, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS.

Since the initial warranty coverage from the dealerhip as ended my car has been under warranty with American Auto for almost 4 years afterwards. I have saved alot of money since my car has been protected under their policy coverage. Big or small auto mechanic breakdowns I have always been assured with coverage for repairs under my contract policy. Small down payment, low monthly bills to pay for service contract coverage. Living in today's world "that's in my budget, you can't go wrong with that!" I called them asked some questions about their service coverage, gave them some information about the car, and from that I was given the option of the best package to choose from to cover a 2012 vehicle. I didn't think I would be approve.The company is excellent with a great service staff and coverage.Each time I call Ms.******* or her co-workers has always assisted me and resolved any questions or concerns I may have about my policy. They know your name the moment you speak to them and address you as **** **** or Miss each time you call. NO foolishness here, just good ol' customer service. Give them a call, it's worth it!
