I am turning this in for my grandmother, *************************** where the service was provided at her home address of **************************** *********, ** *****. She had them come in for a tree removal service in August, which went good and told her they would return to remove the ***** at a later date. When she has not heard anything, she reached out and they showed up without response, unannounced while she was away at work. At the time I was also living with her and came home from work on September 10, 2022, to her downstairs door window broken, with mulch from grinding the tree ***** everywhere, not cleaned up, and also inside the basement where the window was broken. We called to complain and they told us that it was our fault due to having a rock in her yard, and he claims that the rock is what broke the window and "could have" broken his 20,000$ machine, that he could of charged her for. There was no rock around the door, inside or outside, just mulch that was everywhere from grinding of the *****. They did clean up the neighbors yard of mulch, but left her yard with a gigantic pile of mulch expecting her to clean it up. After reaching out, he claimed he would come back to replace the window in the door, also telling us it is not his fault. Two months have passed without word, and I reached out after moving and he told me the same as last time, that it was a rock and he will come by to replace the window in the door. After another month, in December, my uncle put a review on ****** stating everything, and once again, he showed up to her house unannounced and he threatened to *** my grandmother for telling lies on the internet. He took her door and replaced it with a showroom door from lowes at less value, that does not properly fit and leaks air. We only know this because it is where my grandmother works. He took her door that just needs the glass to be replaced. She asked my uncle to redact his review in fear of how the company would respond after exchanging the door.
