      I’m giving a one star because I don’t agree with the choice they made not to rent to me. Trying to be honest I placed an application for a rental property. I understand that qualifications come in place, with that being said I was Not approved due to my co-applicant have a credit score of 575 with a few collections that are medical bill and cell phone. The thing is my income alone is 4X with our income together 6X the asking rent, my credit score is well above 700 neither one of us have evictions, or convictions with good rental history and are no problem people. Ok my co applicant address didn’t match on the credit report but people do uses different mailing addresses all the time. My point is, good folks that tries to be honest on applications with one may not be up to your standards but the main applicant surpasses with 5 stars grading at least you could have gave the option for us to put down a larger deposit which would of been no problem at all instead of shooting us down for a cell phone and medical collection and with a credit score that don’t meet your standards. This is a prime example of why folks lie on applications about who will be living on the property. Also maybe you should list the required credit score or better yet give folks that’s trying to be honest a chance that can actually afford to pay rent etc before being lied to, because I just knew my name and info alone would of been enough even with my co applicant (I should have just placed an application in my name only) welp $150 dollars gone the drain and it didn’t even take 24 hours woww!!!       I called Efthim for an explanation of attorney fees on my ****. I first spoke with a customer service rep named ****, who incorrectly told me that I owed an additional $100 in assessment fees for 2021. When I questioned that, she passed the phone to ******, the office manager. ****** was extremely unprofessional and rude on the phone. She refused to fax documents to my attorney and demanded an email address. I asked her why she was being so volatile and she said we should start over. But when I again asked for an itemized **** to turn over to my attorney, she returned to being volatile, rude and unprofessional. She kept saying that they have sent a **** every month and we should have known and should have reached out earlier. Everything she was saying had nothing to do with why I was calling. I simply needed an itemized **** to show my attorney what the charges are for. This was all unprovoked. She told me that **** had made a mistake and we did not owe $100 in assessments. ****** then hung up on me. I called back to provide my attorney's email address since ****** refused to fax the documents to my attorney and someone named ***** got on the phone. I shared my experience of being treated rudely and given wrong information and he said "good, I probably deserved it". I explained that I was not rude, did no name calling nor raising my voice etc., but he kept talking over me and would not help me. I told him again that I needed help. He was our property management company and I had a questionnaire that needed to be filled out and I needed guidance. He threatened to hang up on me. Finally he provided an email address and told me I had to pay $200 for the questionnaire to be completed. When I asked him for further help to accomplish this, he again threatened to hang up on me. I still do not know how to pay the questionnaire fee and cannot find further information on their website with regard to the *** questionnaire. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional business in my life. I needed true assistance and I was yelled at, hung up on, and treated with much disrespect when I questioned the fees and asked for an itemized document to turn over to my attorney. I am having my attorney deal with them moving forward. This is not how a business should be run.
