This company is not very professional at all.They may be great to work with for someone contacting them wanting to sell their home.But they are also predators.After my mother passed away, they sent a letter addressed to her wanting to buy her home.How can she sell the home if she passed away?Barely a month went buy before they pounced and tried to buy the home.They must **** the obituaries looking for people who passed away in the hopes of getting the home for cheap.Wouldn't sell to them for 10 times the market value (because they are predators).Review from Paul K

Wren Realty is a joy to work with. They are very professional as well as kind and personal. There was never any pressure to sell and our choice between realtors was made easy since they gave the best offer, which was also tendered very quickly. *** **** and his team were great to work with. I had met with several other companies regarding my parents house and ***'s offer was by far the best. He was able to come up to the number we were looking for without having to do any work on the house, pay sales commissions and worry about the housing market. I was worried as you hear about scams and rip-offs. Wren Realty is honest, easy to work with, a small company without investors looking for huge profits. I cannot say enough great things about Wren Realty. From the first meeting to the completion of the sale they were cognizant of my needs, extremely accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this firm. They are simply the best.Review from Kevin G

If you need to sell a house "as-is", I totally recommend going with Wren Realty. They are honest and trustworthy and will treat you with respect. They helped guide us through the selling process with patience and understanding. They have also honored our request to keep us updated as they rehab our former home. **** made the process smooth and easy from the initial contact through closing.Review from Travis C
