Want to charge me a restocking fee when I been waiting 2 months on an item they don't have in stock.

Our goal is to help make our customers lives easier. We certainly do value you as a customer and appreciate you taking the time to let us know when something is not right. We have left messages on your voice mail on 11/09/2021 and today. A return phone call from you would be greatly appreciated so we may consider this matter resolved. Your credit card has been fully refunded for the order of the rollator you requested cancelled. No restocking fee has been applied.We hope to be able to resolve this matter and look forward to your continued business with our company. I think they all must be Trump supporters because they are liars and fraudulent. They charge over twice the amount it cost to buy the same product at a drug store. I want to return my over charged shipment and get my money back. They told me a month ago they would send me a shipping label and it's been over a month and I haven't received it yet. I guess the next step is to report them to the Better Business Bureau. Sorry *******!H D I S Response

Thank you for your feedback. HDIS takes concerns like this to heart. We carry a wide variety of products and can help find an alternative product that is more economical for your budget. The return label you mentioned was mailed out on 7/14/21, however, to resolve this issue, I have issued a full refund in the amount of $67.04 to your credit card on file. There is no need to return the merchandise. We would be happy to discuss what other options are available to you and other ways you can save. We hope this resolution changes your perspective about HDIS. We strive to make our customers lives easier and we truly care about their quality of life.
