My move was on 1/6/2024. I was going through a very rough time and I was extremely emotional on that day, actually in tears.The supervisor of the crew saw how distraught I was and he said don't worry about a thing we'll take care of everything. They did. They packed everything. Even my medications. The guys made me feel so taken care of. I don't know how I could have gotten through that day without their patience, care and understanding. They were an absolute blessing to **** highly recommend them. They provided exceptional service. They went above and beyond my expectations.5-starReview from Titin J

I cant express enough how great the team was to work with. From the initial quote, moving day and final cost - zero surprises. The movers arrived on time, were professional and very efficient with their time. Our move was a ***** sq foot home with furniture, lots of boxes, fragile pieces and other items. All of which made to our new home and storage with no damage. I would also recommend their disassembly and reassembly services. We will be moving again soon and will 100% use US Van Lines.Review from John M

Hello!I have dealt with numerous moving and storage companies over the years. US Van Lines, **** is by far and a way the BEST moving company, Ive ever hired for my move. I used their storage services and moving services (********* to *******). Their pricing was so much better than the others that I was rather skeptical. Great service! I was looking for a way to move my son's belongings from MO to ** and came across US Van Lines. I had never used a moving service before and coordinating a move remotely was challenging but they made it so smooth. ****** walked me through the steps and prepared me with what to expect and it happened EXACTLY as she said. When the shipment arrived, it was well packed with blankets and tape far beyond my expectations and the men who moved the pieces were very careful and accommodating in moving them into my home. Also, their prices were better than many of the other options I looked into such as renting a container that you have to pack and unpack yourself!). I'm nobody special but they really treated me like I was a valued customer. Thank you - *********************************** for creating a seamless move! I totally endorse US Van Lines for any move. Their front-end approach was very friendly. I found their estimate process with a way to beat the estimate if the labor time beat the estimated time appealing. And it led to a reduction of 25% of the hours with an on-site crew led by ***** that moved me on the hottest day of the year and did it as quickly as anyone could imagine. They also dis-assembled and re-assembled three difficult pieces of furniture.A applaud the US Van Lines team!*********************
