      We purchased a headstone when my grandmother passed in November 2020. On October 18, 2021, this company put the wrong headstone on my late grandmother's resting place. In response, the sales manager, ******** *******, the sales manager, has not offered any type of resolution to this issue and has been insensitive and callous when we have tried to resolve the matter. Additionally, to date, Rosenbloom is 3 months late in producing my grandmother's headstone and claim the reason is because they are "behind on orders." However, the incorrect headstone belongs to an individual who passed in February 2021, and my grandmother passed in November 2020. Our family is horrified and heartbroken over this experience, which has been magnified by the sales manager's indifference and lack of response from any other representative of this company.

      The mistaken monument was removed from the incorrect grave Oct. 20.  This was an honest mistake on the part of Rosenbloom

      Monument Company's installation crew.  The customer's monument was received from our granite supplier November 17, engraved Nov. 22,

      invoiced customer Nov. 23, and paid by customer Nov. 30. The installation was competed Dec. 3.

       

      This contracted work is completed.

       

      Rosenbloom Monument Company is very sorry for the mix-up earlier with the wrong stone being installed on Mrs. *********'s grave.  There is a world-wide

      granite shortage for the monument business and the supply chain delays are typically 4-5 months longer than normal times.
