We were having difficulty with our refrigerator. A utility pole fell over behind our house and everyone was out of electricity and for some reason it affected our refrigerator. So we called this business, came out on 10.11.23 and they charged us $89. Nothing was right so they said it was a thermostat and it was $189 for a total of $278. We have given them almost $300 and our refrigerator still doesn't work. I called them back and they said they would come back out. I don't trust them, ******* was rude to me and now we have to buy a new refrigerator. Our insurance company is going to investigate this for us. I don't want another repairman from this company coming out to our home.Review from Patrick B

We filed a protection plan claim on an LG fridge from *****. We thought tech would be professional as warranty won't allow any other than ** techs. All American appliance in ********* ***** They they called to come to appointment but nobody called our phones. I took off work and am out more money now cause they said they won't come back out till another 3 days. Mind you we've been without fridge for a week already. Lady in office said tech did call which is lie and when I said it's bs she said find someone else and hung up. Bad business ethics here and evidently multiple other complaints show not to use themReview from Mike C

I have a ************ cooktop, about 15 years old. Gas flame started coming out of the base of the burner. Nothing that posed a danger, just a spot on my round burner that I thought necessitated a replacement. I called All-American, spoke to *****. He asked me to take a picture of the model number and a video of burner. He called me back, told me its a simple piece that needed replacement - and that it was something I could do myself. He gave me the part number, said he could come out and do it but considering the simplicity of the replacement - didnt want to make the call and charge me. Lets be real I was skeptical, but I looked up the part number and you tube video instructions and learned indeed, it was a very simple piece to order and replace. Thank you - ***** saved me a service call and Im sure a hundred bucks or so for markup on a part he could have sold me. These folks seem honest and professional.Review from Evelyn B

I called this company about my ************* Fridgedaire dryer that was making a horrible sound. A technician named **** came out and fixed the problem(s). He found other parts wearing out and ordered parts. The dryer is functioning well and I feel confident that it was given a thorough tune up. **** was very knowledgeable about this older appliance. We called them about having a wall oven repaired. It turned out that it needed parts that were no longer available, but they attempted to locate them anyway Ultimately, after I searched for many hours, I found the parts and they installed them. The oven is working great, saving me about $1500.00 over purchasing a new one! ******* and ***** were great!! I would not hesitate to call them for any appliance repair.Review from Carol T.

Excellent service!!! The day before Thanksgiving my refrigerator went out. They responded very quickly and fixed the problem. ***** called immediately and kept checking on my situation, very helpful and kind. *** came out and replaced the damaged part. *** was excellent to work with and I cant thank him enough!!! I paid $69 for this company to come out and look at my dishwasher. It wouldn't close. They called me back and said the handle with two screws needed to be replaced. The cost: $219. That's crazy.Review from Vicky B

Technician arrived at our home and decided that several parts were needed. He said that he would return later that evening. He never showed or bothered to call. Several telephone calls were made the next day before he finally arrived to complete the job. He offered no explanation or said that he was sorry for being a no show. This does not show professionalism.
