      I am representing ******* ****** ********* ******* *******  We had internet service with Aire Internet. It rarely worked so we cancelled the service November 1, 2022. They credited our account for the month they had just taken out and set a date to remove their equipment. They never came to get it. December 1, I got a notice that our account was past due. I called and they said they would take care of it. January 1, 2023, I got a notice that 2 months payments had been taken from our account. I called and they credited it back to our account and said everything was taken care of. They set another date to pick up their equipment, but didn't come. February 1, I got a notice that our account had been debited for the month of February. I have made numerous calls to them. I am rarely lucky enough for someone to answer. They have never once returned a call after I have left a message. I have also emailed them twice, with no response. In my January email, I told them if things weren't taken care of I would contact the BBB. Yesterday on the message I left by phone and in the email I sent, I told them I was going to follow through with contacting BBB if they didn't respond by the end of the day. I have not heard anything.

      We have internet service with Aire Internet. We moved out of the area and I am trying to cancel my internet service. I have called the 3 phone numbers I could find on their website (************, ************, and ************) but never was never able to reach a human. I have called on 3 different days this week and had to leave a voicemail each time with no response as of yet. I have also sent a message on Facebook Messenger, emailed ****, ****, support, tech, and [email protected] with no response yet.

      I received Aire Internet Installation in late January 2021. The first incident was when I signed up for the $49.00 a month package and was charged alot more than that. I called they fixed the problem. In March we had a few issues. I called in March the 9, 13,15,23 x 2, 25, 27, 30, 31. On March 27, I emailed because I wasn't getting much feedback from anyone at the office. Breana at the office is a nice person but lacks in customer service of calling or emailing back. I understand that it is a small family owned company but if you are under staffed, HIRE SOME HELP. This is no way to treat customers. In April I called several times. I emailed asking questions, little to no response. Was told they were going to climb the tower, didn't happen. Finally after calling several times in May and June, the Installer/Tech came out on June 9th said the sector was bad and was to be back the next day. It's June 23rd now and still no internet. Matt Ivie the CEO was to call me and still nothing.
