              My husband is active duty military and while he was deployed I moved back home. While in ***** (June 2022) I received the PowerXL Grill Air Fryer Combo for my birthday. It was used twice and then forgotten in a cabinet. My family drove out to ** in ********** this Christmas so I had them bring it along. When I went to use it I got error 7 and it would shut off. After many attempts to get the unit to work I contacted customer support. They told me I was out of luck since it is past the one year warranty and the error code is non replaceable. I asked if there was any way to repair it at my cost but was told I would just need to buy a new unit. I understand the one year warranty however it is not a cheap appliance and should last more than two uses/a year. Model: MFC-AF-6C Serial Number: TRI. ****************

              Nothing but a run around. I bought a defective coffee maker / grinder. They had me cut up the cord and send pics for proof with the promise of a refund. Six months still no refund and they don't answer emails any more.Dissapointed PC
