We hired this company July of 2023 concerning flooding in our church's basement. ****** came out and told me a sump pump would fix for the problem. When he originally came out, he said they would install sump pumps on both sides of the basement doors and run electrical wire from the pumps to the electrical panel. He assured me that it would be an easy job due to the fact the ceiling in our basement was an open ceiling. They asked for 1/3 down in July and the rest when the job was complete. We scheduled the job for Tuesday, August 8, but was then asked if we could push to date to Tuesday, August 15 because their main worker was out of town on emergency. Since they changed the date in such short of notice, I was not able to be there to see the quality of work and gave the other part of the payment to the person I had take my place. The check was cashed the next day. When I finally got a chance to check out the job, I say an unplugged extension cord wrapped around the sewer piping the led to the pumps. When I called and asked the meaning of it, I was told by ****** that he was not able to get to it due to the rainy weather and will get to it as soon as the weather cleared up. Weeks passed and I would call weekly to check on the estimated completion date, but I was told that they would get to it as soon as possible. Finally, I called early September and was told that the extension cord was against City code, and they would have to hire an outside electrician to run the wire to the pumps. I was confused because I thought that was the plan all along. It is now September the 13th and we have already paid in full (over $3000) and the pumps are still not connected to electricity. This is heartbreaking, because I truly believe if we were a high scaled ********************, we wouldn't be going through this. But we are a small church in STL City, where the neighborhood is not so prestige. I was left a rude voicemail and told I need to be patient or hire my own electrician.

Wow. This is a perfect example for no good deed goes unpunished. As courtesy to the church we were going to pay for a professional electrician to run outlets at our cost. Our contract clearly states its the customers responsibility,. We contacted multiple companies to do this work, when they discovered your location, the feedback was they arent safe there. Sorry, if you find someone we will reimburse you.

Your comments about being not being a high scale ******************** is extremely disturbing, also sad that you carry that mentality. I believe you are alluding to some sort of racism, which will not be tolerated. Please be advised you are incorrect.
