Paid Anytime Electric $600 on 9/13/2021. On phone was told that a weekend service call would be $350. The serviceman did replace a breaker, which he had to pick up. I asked for a detailed receipt to justify the extra $250, and the owner refused. My air conditioning went out on 9/19/2021. Design Aire (Air Conditioning Repair company) came out, and said the problem was electric. The Design Aire serviceman switched a wire to get the air conditioning working, which cost me $198. I contacted Anytime Electric to let them know they had not completed Electric work paid for, and told the owner that I wanted to be reimbursed for my additional costs, and again stated the the $600 I paid for their 9/13 service charge was too high. Response from Anytime Electric was that their serviceman told me that I needed to replace my electrical box, which he did not tell me. On 9/20/2021 Reinhold Electric came out and checked my Electric Panel. He said it was in good shape. This visit cost me $108.Business response

We arrived at your home at 8:30pm with a quoted price that you agreed to pay for the work rendered. We were not responsible for your air conditioning unit to fail three days later.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: The price quoted to me over the phone was $350. The A/C went out because the electric panel was not wired properly by Anytime Electric.
