I just want to let everyone know what an amazing company these guys have been. I went out of work back in February for some health issue related to Covid. I was out until July and never made a dime while I was out. I talked to ********* and told her everything that was going on and her and the entire team worked to make sure they found a solution to keep me from losing my vehicles. I am still trying to bounce back financially and yet again they are more then happy to help. I had to speak with ******* today and she delivered over the top customer service and expressed that her and Electro would do anything they could to make it easier for me to get caught back up and keep my account in good standing. Never have I dealt with such kind and understanding people like I have with Electro. Thank you to all involved for making me feel at ease and leaving one less thing to worry about.Electro Savings Credit Union Response
