      CONSUMER ADJUSTMENT CO - ******** I am filing a complaint against Consumer Adjustment Company for reporting a charge-off to the credit bureaus that is unverified and inaccurate, in violation of 12 CFR *******, which requires furnishers to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the information they provide.I previously disputed the account, and the ********************** failed to provide original documentation or proper verification of the debt. Despite this, they continue to report the account, which is damaging my credit profile and causing financial harm.I am requesting the immediate deletion of this unverifiable and inaccurate account from all credit reporting agencies and that they cease any further reporting or collection efforts regarding this account.

      My credit report revealed a collections account listed with this company. It shows the original creditor as *** PRIMARY CARE PHYS SW PA. However, I have no bills, statements, information, etc. regarding this account. I filed a dispute via ******** where this company responded and 'updated' the account as accurate in under 12 hours but have not provided me with any information or debt validation. At this point, I have also disputed via the provided form on their website. I do not owe this debt, this debt does not belong to me, and I am seeking either debt validation with my signature from the original creditor or deletion from my report. Additional info: I was able to locate texts that included the reference number beginning Jan 2024, but no statements or other supporting documents are available. Also, the phone number listed with CACI is not mine or anyone else I know, despite them sending computer generated texts asking for money on a debt I do not owe.

      The account in question is #********, which is listed in my FTC Identity Theft Report (#*********) as fraudulent. Ive attached the report again for reference.
