I visited this store and placed my order for 3 sandwiches. It was a very hot day as well. After I made my purchase I asked for a cup for water. I was informed that I would have to pay .39 cent foe the cup. I declined this but wasn't upset.I waited and received my sandwiches with no bag. At that time I asked for a bag and was informed their were not any bags. As the employee was stating this I am look at the bags on the counters. That's when I'm told those are only for deliveries. With 3 sandwiches I think a bag was needed. I asked why I couldn't and was told because of management. Then I asked to speak with a manager. The manager came out and told me the same things. Now I was upset because I did not want to drop my sandwiches as I left the store. Or even figure out how I can carry 3 sandwiches around with everything I had to already carry in the car.When the manager told me I could not have a bag, I asked for my money back. At this point I'm irritated because I'm still hot and now have to worry about jungling 3 sandwiches, which one was a giant.I also asked for the manager name so I could report this incident. The manager refused to give me her name. So instead of the manager of the store to try to deescalte the situation she just made it worse.Needless to say my experience at the store was horrible and very unfortunate. I had to go out of my way to another Jimmy John's to purchase my sandwich.I felt like as a customer my time or money was not important enough for a bag or even courtesy cup of water.I think instead of telling your customers you cannot have a bag we should of been accommodated. Others options should of been available.Now I will have to find a new Jimmy John's to go to because my money is not important enough to this store to offer a bag.
