I went into the ** ***** store and made a purchase. The sign said $25.49. This is a candy I purchase frequently. This is for the chocolate snappers. I asked them to put it in two half pound boxes, there's no extra charge for that. They rang it up as if it were two half pounds, and they are charging more for that. I spoke to the attendant about this. They charged me an extra $5 for the extra box. She had a very nasty attitude, and she wouldn't give me her name but I could call a supervisor at another location. I did call the supervisor. She thought it was the tax, but it wasn't. She said that she would not refund, but that she would correct the signage so it won't happen again. Again I asked for a refund and she refused.Customer response

My wife and I ordered eight pounds of candy from them. We paid $221.07. They told me it was two pounds of broken milk chocolate in a bag. I opened the bag when I got home and it was only 1/2 lb boxes. I called them and they told me they were 1lbs. I told her I weighed them and it was a 0.5lb. They told me all sales are final and they don't make corrections.Business response

This order was checked by two employees. I tried to explain the different boxes (different sizes) that we use and he would not listen. He received everything he ordered and paid for.
