Very disappointed. My brother recommended this place to me for a set of custom dune buggy pedals. Unfortunately, after paying $350 in full on August 30th 2022, I still have not received my pedal assembly. They will not answer the phone and the few times I was able to get someone on the phone, I was promised a call back and never heard from anyone. At this point, I feel like I have been scammed and may have to file charges for fraud with my credit card company. It is unfortunate because I dont want or need the money, I just want what I paid for. I was given the same excuses as some of the previous customers (that the owner was sick). Very unprofessional and I am at a loss for words. They literally stole from me and I just want what I paid for.Initial Complaint

I took my motor to this shop 4 years ago now, i paid in advance $1000 just to get things started rolling, and then another $1500 for parts two weeks later! Since then, ive gotten every excuse possible as to why its not finished, and why he cant just give me my motor to take else where to be finished! This was part of a father son project, this motor was. My dad had a stroke and now cannot finish with me! Like this is rediculous, and extremly upsetting! Had my motor been finished the first two years, which is an ingodly amount of time for a motor to be built, my project would of been long finished by now! Like i just want MY MOTOR, to take else where to be completed! And my money for parts that was clearly never spent because he cant show me my parts when ive asked! It's just crazy to think that this is how they treat their loyal customers! Had i not paid upfront, or my family coming to them for years, i may of had better luck! Just rediculous!!!!!! Ive had pther people i know take them motors and such and recieved them back in a few months! 4 years, cmon!!!!Initial Complaint

I took my truck to this shop to have my engine rebuilt, they had my truck for over a year, stating they were having trouble getting needed parts. I was contacted by this company stating they needed special bolts and that they needed $900.00 to purchase them. I gave them the $900.00 on March 10, 2022. This company had not done any work and I found that my truck was also damaged during the time in the shop. June 27,2022 I had the truck towed from their shop and requested a refund. I keep getting a runaround and the owner will not speak to me.Business response

The gauges were brought into the shop by the consumer and were misplaced. I refunded the consumer $150 for the missing gauges. The "damage" he cites was rust that was there when he brought the vehicle and he agreed with this in conversation over the phone. The job needed a deposit of $8000 to cover parts. He paid $900 and that was it. He did some roofing for me that we bartered for and we have agreed that we are settled.
