On September 15 around 5:00pm I damaged two tires on my car. My car was towed to Grays as it was the closest tire place to my location. On September 16th around 9:00am I called to give my information. I told Grays that I was looking to trade the car in soon so I just need cheap tires. Grays call and said it would be $435 (give or take $20-$30 I don't remember the exact amount) I let them know I approved the amount for 2 tires and oil change. I received a call late that afternoon from Grays letting me they where unable to put the tire on my rim do to damage to my rim. They looked into a new rim and it would be $1,000 for a new rim. I let them know this was not ideal and I needed to talk to my husband. The next morning I arrive at Grays. I was then told the tire was on my rim, do to the known damage to the rim the tire would not air up I was still expects me to pay for the tire. I asked they take the tire off the already known to be damaged rim and not charge me for the tire they refusedBusiness response

I started having trouble with my truck overheating on July 9, 2021. It over heated on my way to work in St. Peters. I contacted one of the workers and he came by my office. He put in some stop leak liquid in the radiator and told me to drive it home. I drove it two more times and it blew the radiator. They are not taking responsibility for the bad advice their worker gave me. The worker that came out was inappropriate towards me. I'll be getting an estimate from another shop for the repair.Business response
