We contacted them due to LOW water pressure in upstairs bathroom hot water faucet and tub. ***** gave a estimate ‘& weeks later after we contacted them sent over a person named *** we never met & he did nothing but take away all hot water upstairs in faucet & tub! Next day end of Day original man ***** whom gave estimate and two other works came over. They made two huge holes in ceiling never fixed holes or restored the original low flow hot water upstairs ! They did not return the low water pressure we had they just left holes and no hot water upstairs sink or tub! No explanation for making it worse they have completely ignored us & days later they send a bill for $900..00! We are awaiting for them to VOID this bill completely. This is abuse of power, taking away all of our original low flow upstairs water to no hot water leaving two large holes in our ceiling! They are truly unprofessional have abused their power ruined our upstairs hot water. They left our home in far worse condition than when they arrived! Took a low hot water flow and shut it down completely! Also left the two large holes in ceiling! We only needed our original low flow water pressure given back to us so we could get a water booster pump! We know have a drain that they have completely shutdown with no explanation. We only allowed them back to reverse their damage done from day one which was turned off our low flow water to no flow. They did not fix anything only added to damage on second day by adding two holes in ceiling! We will not be paying them and expect them to be held accountable for making our condition worse than when they arrived!Business response

**** ****The proposal is attached that customer accepted. Please note it states If does not work and gets worse will cost additional, time, material and equipment to change risers and branches to second floor front bath. No ceiling repair is included in this propose cost. The first plumber went there to do the proposed work and the customer did not want the ceiling opened. Customer called back and we sent *****, the owner and *** back, to cut the ceiling to change the riser. If did not work and the bathroom had to be turned off. The piping needs replacement, flushing did not work and as the plumber told them when he first went there to give the proposal to wait to do the work till they had the money to change the piping. Customer wanted us to proceed with trying to flush even though it is stated on the proposal that it could be worse and additional charges and no wall repair.

I paid this company half down which was $602.50 for a toilet installation, in January 13, 2021. Check cashed January 22nd. The floor of the bathroom, needed to be stabilized by a carpenter. (A separate charge.) There would be about three month delay with the carpenter. I went ahead and paid Cordia half, and the check has cleared. They claim they have ordered the toilet. They say when I have called they haven't heard from the carpenter. I keep getting the run around. Nothing has been done since I received the proposal from Cordia. I have called four times and I haven't gotten any response.Business response

Every contracetor company is extremely busy and very hard to confirm dates. I have no problem returning her the amount she paid up front. I am sorry our contractors could not give us a firm date.
