      The Redeemed team removed my furnace to install a new one. The furnace they had brought to replace the old one was the wrong size so they had to go back to the warehouse to get the right size. They did this twice before they realized that don't even have the correct furnace in stock and had to order it. So they put the old furnace back in and when they did so, they didn't tighten any of the fittings. As they were leaving, I said, 'I smell gas.' The installer told me that was normal when removing/installing a furnace. I left my house for about 5 hours and when I returned the smell of gas was so strong in the house I got an instant headache. I called 911 and they told me to get out of the house immediately. I grabbed my 3 dogs and got out of there. The fire department and **** Utilities arrived, turned off the gas and aired out my house. Neither could believe that such shoddy work was done with something as dangerous as gas. The fire department remarked that it was a miracle that the dogs were even alive. A week later I got the new furnace put in. I wanted to speak to the owner about this whole situation but no one would put me in touch with him. When I finally spoke to the manager, his attitude was, 'you got your furnace put in so what else do you want? There was no real apology. Nothing about looking into the gas leak situation so this doesn't happen to someone else. Nothing. The manager was just rude and uncaring. Be careful hiring this company. You run the risk of your house exploding from a gas leak. They have no idea what some of their installers are doing.

      Beware! I thought that their name Redeemed indicated I would be dealing with a firm with integrity. No so. Their technician ***** told me that the propane pressure on my heater was too low, gave me the numbers even. He thought it might be because it was too big a unit for the square footage. Then he filed a report with HSA saying the propane pressure was too high and this caused the furnace to catch on fire. This resulted in HSA denying my home warranty claim. After several calls to get Redeemed to correct this, including one with the owner ******, they just blew me off to the tune of a $5,250 for new heating unit. I would avoid these guys at all costs. Go anywhere else, but check their reviews first!

      Hello Im sorry there has been. A big miss understanding. Even after talking to you in the phone I thought I had explained it to you but I guess I was not clear. We had to report to your hsa and we report that the psi was to low never did we every day psi is to high. Low psi on your furnace. I am sorry that you home warranty company would not cover that and there was nothing else we could do.

      Think twice before using them. 2 bad experiences. Last one they worked on my dryer in November of 2021. Today I had to have it worked on again. *** is my warranty company and they still use them. Unbelievable. Technician just informed me that several screws are missing. SEVERAL. This company tried to pull one over in me before on an A/C. Didn't get away with that. They perform shotty work and *** shouldn't use them. They will never do any work for me again and I will tell anyone looking to have something done NOT to use them.

      Made a claim on my home warranty for an AC repair. It is July and 93 degrees outside. Redeemed was the HVAC company they sent. They showed up on time and diagnosed my AC issue. A bad compressor. That was Monday 7/26/21. Called Redeemed for an update on Friday 7/30, 4 days later. The person on the phone stated they sent in info. I called the warranty company they stated they have received nothing from Redeemed. I called redeemed to verify they said they will send it today. I called Monday (8/2/21), 8 days later, the warranty company called and I called still nothing from Redeemed. I called again on Tuesday, 9 days later and was told they owner was out of the office and could not get the diagnosis document till after he gets back. I called for another HVAC company to come out. This is not what I would call good customer service. I understand warranty work is not high on their priority but it is 93 degrees outside any you stated you would get the diagnosis to the warranty company that day you came out on 7/26. Stand by your word and at least let me know what is happening. I would not do business with this company. Customer Service is not something they know.

      Im sorry that you claim as taken a long time. we alway put every thing in to your home warranty company the same or next day we do the work. your home warranty company has a process to go though and it is not fast. they have three departments it has to go though before we get any info for it. if you go look up your home warranty on BBB or Google you can see it not us it them it happen all around the USA that they sale there warranty to.

      The lack of communication is the problem. I understand if the warranty company's policies can be slow, but there are ways to let your customers know what is going on. With a simple email, phone call or txt message. Not one of those forms of communication was used in your lack of customer service. We asked for the document to be submitted, or send it to us and let us submit it. Every day I called I received a new answer from the women answering the phone. The owner will call you and never did. We are submitting the document and never did. Simple communication is all I asked for and never received.
