The crew (Martin B****, Antonio M******* and Fedrico M*******) are knowledgeable and respectful. They were on time and did a fantastic job. It started with a respectful visit and quote from Matt N***. I highly recommend using them.

Great company to work with. Their certified structural technician heath came out and drew up a repair plan that made sense for all of us. They did fantastic work from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend Olshan anymore.

In July, 2022 Had paid $100 to transfer lifetime warranty on previous foundation work when we purchased our house. Noticed floors were sinking. Had Olshan come out to look at the house. After canceled appointments and a no show for estimate, Olshan sent another person out. They said it was a different issue than the work that had been done previously. Gave $3,600 estimate to put supports in crawlspace across metal beam. Contracted Olshan to do work because they said if we used another company it would null and void the lifetime warranty on previous work. Workers that came out to repair did not bring correct materials and went to ********** to purchase cheap supports. Installed them with nothing to support them to the ground. Only had 1 year guarantee. Noticed 1 year and 1 month later that house was getting worse, walls were separating. Called Olshan to come out. They apologized for original work that was done and admitted the right supports were not used, gave us a "previous customer discount" and quoted an additional $10,000 for repairs after discount. Needless to say, we did not contract Olshan's for additional work.

Olshan installed a new sump pump, which included a new drain outlet for it and also a dehumidifier for my basement. ************************** and ***** were friendly, efficient and hard working. ******* went over the work that was done before they left, answering any questions I had. I'm very pleased with the work!

The entire process from bid to work day was smooth and efficient!
