I contacted planet fitness to cancel my membership after I had stopped using their services and felt they were no longer necessary for me to pay for. I am seeing now that since that time my membership had never been canceled and I have been charged $25 per month since that time. My membership had been established established in January of 2021, Used once in that time period and I have an email to verify my attempted cancelation of this membership in September 2021. I feel it feel it is fair at least to be reimbursed for the time since the cancelation or ques the blade short quest in September although oh a full refund of every 3 month that was unused on that membership that membership would be preferable.Business response

Per the membership agreement , the complainant states they attempted to cancel via email. Memberships can be canceled in person or by mailing a letter to cancel.
I see that the complainant recently joined our Festus Mo gym. As a courtesy I will freeze the monthly dues for the months of March , April and May. If there is an annual fee during those months it will still be billed on the date states on the agreement. We have emailed the member to work this out
