If I could give zero stars I would. This company rescheduled on us twice. And then showed up to work on a Saturday 2/24/24 at 10:30 in the morning with no call and nothing scheduled. When I asked him why he was here, he’s not scheduled. He told me he had no other time to do this and to go back inside. I asked for his name and he refused to give it to me until the 5th or 6th time I asked, only later to find out he lied about his name. He told me his name is Kevin, but his name REALLY is David Creighton. He is the owner of the company. I told him my children need a nap and he wasn’t scheduled and he kept saying it wasn’t his problem and to go inside. He parked his unmarked oil leaking truck in my driveway without permission and I asked him to move it. He refused that too. He drove through my grass when he left. This man raised his voice at me while I had my baby in my arms, home alone with two children. He made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable in my home. I was Shaking all day. I hadn’t had the chance to arrange care for the dog that day so the dog couldn’t go to the bathroom. And me and my children were stuck in the house all day with nowhere to go because of feeling unsafe to leave and him being parked in the driveway. I want this Man to never treat a person like this again. He acted like a child. He shouldn’t be a business man the way he spoke to me and yelled at me, disrespecting me at my own home. I want some sort of discount of the work he did. No work should stop the life that is being lived inside the home and David creighton did. He has made me feel unsafe to let anyone come to my home. He needs some sort of training on how to talk to people and how to work through a disagreement. He also needs help with his scheduling because he pulled out his phone at me and asked me if I wanted to “see how busy he is” the entire thing was and is UNACCEPTABLE. Homeowner.
