      I’m not even sure what they’re calling about I’ve never heard of them but they have been calling almost everyday and they are extremely rude I asked them to stop calling me because I don’t have a debt with them the lady said “your lying mam it’s cool I’ll keep calling” I don’t know what debt they supposedly purchased but I barely have anything on my credit I need someone’s help with getting them to stop calling it’s messing with my mood

      I set up a payment plan with this company and paid off my debt in 3 months. I get a letter in the mail saying I still owe. When I call, reps are confused making up reasons why it could be despite receipts. SCAMMERS.

      This company came to an agreement with me 1 week and then the same agent called me the next week repeating some of what we agreed to the previous week, but changed other items. They are scamming as they won't review the previous recording and have changed the terms. They also have very rude self righteous agents who speak over you, don't answer questions and instead when you ask a legitimate and easy question take 30 minutes to get you an answer and give you attitude saying it's your fault you're not letting them help you. It would help if simple questions were answered.
      Below average service from Tamika and Jackie.
      Lies and scamming.
      Great for companies I'm sure but they lie and give you attitude while doing so.

      I'm surprised that I'm giving a debt collector such a high review right now, but I think that Omega RMS deserves to be acknowledged based on the interaction that I recently had with them. I was in a dispute over an amount a company alleged I owed to them while I contended that this company was negligent in carrying out the terms of the contract and thus was in breach of contract. This company turned the alleged debt over to Omega RMS. When I requested validation of the debt, Omega RMS did that immediately without me having to send in a formal letter by mail. While they did call me and ask for payment after they completed the validation step and said that they were going to resume collections, after I sent them evidence of the original creditor's negligence, they immediately ceased collections. They also notified the credit bureaus that they ceased collection on my account. My interactions with them were far better than you'd expect an interaction with a debt collector to be. I found them to be largely very professional - hence the 5 star rating.
