I have paid this company to service my heating and air conditioning system for years, this past winter I had no heat, and now I do not have air conditioning during a time that the heat index is dangerously high, I am in my late 70's with health conditions. I paid this company $280.00 for a repair 3 weeks ago and the system only worked 12 hours before going out again, this company stated they were going to order a part and be back, they never returned,and now will not take my calls, I had to hire another company in desperation of the heat conditions in my home, they have also not returned.Business response

I have been there several times and tried to repair what he has. It would work every time I leave, and then 2 - 3 days later it would be broke again. His son was working on his electric and the breaker kept going out. I believe it is an electrical problem, not my part. I have changed several parts out for him with not charge. He also had someone else work on the equipment. I do not owe him a refund.
