On February 12, 2022 I purchased a spa from pool king. It was Delivered on May 17th, 2022. I had the spa for about 3 weeks before I received any assistance from pool king. Documents to support. When **** from pool king came out he noticed that a jet was not working. It was explained to him that it wasn’t working upon arrival. He called in a service call and stated that I had purchased a floor sample. I addressed this and then he said it was a mistake that I had a new one. When the service department came out they said that my circuit board was blown out and needed to be replaced. Pool king said that it required different different electrical hook up which was not specified from them until they came out to service 3 weeks later. I ask them to take the spa back and they picked it up on June 21st, 2022. I’ve been emailing **** about my refund and he is not responding to my calls or emails. The amount of purchased was for 13,460.29 plus refunded of phos x and filter. I’ve also enclosed the electrical hook up for the Salina spa which is what I purchased and the other spas with the different requirements.Business response

Dispute Resolution Dept.Attached is the letter we sent to the ****** ** *** ******** ******* ** ********. We refunded all transactions back to Ms. ******'s credit card on 06/26/22. We sent her receipts showing the refunds. This matter has been resolved.Thank you,**** ****Accounting Dept.
