    Called about one of my smoke detectors not working properly. They came out and found two not working as they should. They also replaced my other detectors at my request. They are scheduled to come back this coming Monday to replace and connect my two defective detectors back with my other units. Very happy with the service they provided. They explained what was additionally wrong and what needed to be done and provided an estimate of the services. I would definitely recommend First Choice and *** in particular.

    Oh if all service companies could be as responsive, professional and skilled as this company. A ceiling light fixture wouldnt work. I called their office on a Tuesday asking for an electrician to come out & fix the ceiling socket. I was called back the same day and given the choice of someone coming out the next day (Wed) or the day after. The day after was better for our schedule and in early afternoon that ***, *** came out, inspected the light socket which was fine then determined we had a funky light switch. He replaced it and problem solved. And then there was light!! I love the companys same-day callback, the skill of the electrician and his friendliness. You wont be dissatisfied if you use this company. I highly recommend them!

    They were very responsive to our messages and were very professional. The fan installer quickly resolved an issue with the builder installed fan bracket and completed fan installation on time.

    Service was prompt and work was well done. Cant complain....even fixed things that happened while he was on property. i will be calling them when its time to work on the non functioning electric signs on the awning. love my current new lights. makes my plaza much safer.
