    I got this auto protection policy from them, but when I needed them about 6 weeks later, they stating that I needed 6 months worth of oil changes and I had to pay for my own tow and that they would reimburse me. I used my car policy tow service getting my a car to a shop. After the shop told me the requirements that I had to fulfill 6 months worth of oil changes from a reputive shop (I only had been with them for 6 weeks, why did they need 6 months)? So I decided to take my car back home and I called their policy back and requested for a tow and the representitive told me to pay for my own tow and they would reimburse me, (I had to use my car policy tow again because I didn't have any tow money. I called the next day on Jan. 10th and requested for my money back, they have been giving me the run around for that. And now they told me that I have to wait for 6 months for my money to be returned (It didn't take them 6 months for them to take it out of my account, I need that money to get me some AAA. I am not only asking for my money back that I paid to them but I am also asking for money for a tow because I had to use my car policy twice when I only should've had to only use it once. I am asking for is $195 for service that I did not receive and the price of a tow that I shouldn't have had to use ($75 for hookup and $2 a mile for 10 miles which is $95 each way). Total that I am asking for is $385. I was caught in the rain with my car because they wouldnt fix my car and they wouldn't tow my car! I would've just kept my car at home if I knew all ofthat, plus I never would've gotten that policy at all!!!

    When you ****** "************************* vehicle services division" all the results say scam!! Do not trust them!!
