I think that they business needs to be toughly investigated. It looks like they have a history of selling "Lemon's" to their customers with useless warranties or ones that they refuse to honor. I purchased my 2013 Ford Flex from them and in less than 2 months I had to have major transmission work done on it. When I called them up initially I was told to bring it in but when I called to confirm bringing it in the Repair shop manager told me that there was nothing that they could do for me and told me not to bring it in. Talked about the warranty that they sold me and it barley covers replacing the windshield so that it is worthless. Then before I could even get the transmission finished I was told that my head gaskets have to be replaced and that is why it is over heating. That is 2 major repairs on this vehicle in less than a year. And I have not even quite had it for a full year yet. Then because of not 1 but 2 preexisting major issues I can not even purchase a Extended warranty on the vehicle. Before I even signed the paperwork I was assured that the vehicle had been thoroughly been checked out. This is obviously a lie or I would not be having all these major issues. I do not understand why MO does not have the "Lemon" Law like other states to protect consumers like me from Predator's like them.Review from Monique A

Worst car dealership to buy from, They sale faulty cars that have major repairs needed and will scam you out of more money and make you go through many obstacles to get any assistance with trade ins. they are money hungry and dont consider the best interests of their customers.Review from Fernandno A

Jack ********************** ******** have a few good cars, but the people in charge do not care about your satisfaction, a week ago we purchased a car, and test drive it and it seemed to be okay for a 10 minute drive.As soon as we got home we found.Tire sensor off.Headlight missing.Low oil (I had to add more)a Hole in the trunk.Brake fluid low.Cooling almost empty.We notify the issues, and they made us wait 2 days before we showed up with the car and they did not have any idea that we called, and talked the salesperson.the charged us $700 to return the car, they did not give us option.I felt discriminated the way they treated me.STAY AWAY FROM JACK ******************** AUTOReview from erik o

This has to be one of the shadiest dealerships in **. They will string you along for a week then sell the car right out from under you. I went to look at an Acura ILX on a Monday afternoon and since it was a used car I wanted to have a shop I trust to take a look at it before making a purchase. I got an appointment set up at my shop for the next afternoon at 1PM and let the sales person know at 9:15AM on Tuesday, everything was good at this point. Get a phone call back at about 10:30AM asking if I can take it to a ************** because they were "just getting pretty busy." I made a few phone calls to see if I could get something else set up with another trusted shop but could not get anything set-up until Wednesday. The sales person was off on Wednesday and I had work stuff to take care of ******** so we agreed to a Friday meeting to have it looked at. Set up the appointment with my shop and again everything was looking good. I got a call on ******** about 9AM saying that they wanted to let me know that "it looks like the car did sell the other day." At no point was I informed that there was other interest in the vehicle. As a salesman myself this is 100% what I aspire not to be and is a great ****** in how not to treat customers. Thank you for the ****** **** Miller!Review from Lori G

**** Millers Sales *********** sold me a car on 6/12/21. I still today 8/19/21 I do not have Title to my vehicle. I left the **** of Sale and the CarFax at the store accidentally when I purchased this vehicle. I called the Store letting **** know that I left my paperwork there and the windshield had 2 chips in the windshield that I did t see when I test drove it. The car needed alignment after the test drive and was fixed and I drive it off the lot without acknowledging the windshield. **** advised me that since I drove the car off the lot that it is sold and he cant help me. I took the car to a glass repair and yet another long crack behind review mirror was found that would require a full replacement windshield. I called **** again and he said its sold and it passed inspection and thats it. We left on vacation and while out of town, when I went to put gas in the car the opening pull to open gas cap wouldnt open. I called **** again and he said I could bring it in when we got back I town 2 days later. We had to pry it open. When I returned to **** Miller and met **** he took my car to the shop and returned with it stating someone gorilla glue taped it shut. I asked him again it he would get the windshield looked at and replaced and again told no. I called **** Miller Auto Plaza weekly since 6/20/21 until 8/12/21 asking for the paperwork for proof of sale and the Title to my car. I was told it was lost, it was sent , it was returned with the green mail tag without documents and many other comments. Each time I called I was treated with disrespect. In July I wrote the Attorney General and Legal Aide to get assistance. Again, on 8/12/21 I went in to pickup my sales papers. I again was told by **** they do not have it. However; the week prior a man from **** Miller Auto , *****; asked me to come in and sign a affidavit and get my **** of sale paperwork. I called Legal Aide and was advised not to sign any documents, but to take a picture of the document. When ***** came to the front desk with the document, I asked for my paperwork and he went and got my paperwork from 6/12/21. He then asked me to sign the document *** at that time the man working at the front desk advised I dont have to sign since I paid cash for the car. I then asked if I could have the Title to my car. The desk staff asked for my file and when acknowledged that I had contacted the ************************ he said we cant work with you as you have contacted the Attorney General I advise that I do not have a attorney, but contacted the *** office so I could get help getting all documents to license my vehicle and it had over 2 months since I bought the car. the man again stated they can help me and go talk to my attorney. At that time I asked my witness if they had got the conversation recorded, as she had. The front desk man changed his mind about giving me a copy of the green paper torn from the mail showing Return to Sender. As of todays date 8/19/21 I still have not received title to my vehicle so it is not registered and I have to pay full coverage insurance when unable to drive. I again filled with Attorney General today to advised Jack Miller Auto Plaza that they are not my Attorneys.
