I have been their client for close to 3 years and they closed some of my accounts but in 2.5 years you would expect everything to be soled. Whenever I called they kept putting it off saying it takes time Meanwhile if you add the monthly fee I was paying them for that time I could have paid all my debt off alone and have the same results. Their customer service is not the best either and to get anyone who know anything was practically impossib;e.Review from Carter D

KC Credit Services is the real deal! I've been with KC Credit for 5 years. When I first started, I saw an immediate jump in my credit scores of more than 40 points per bureau. Then they started working on some of the more difficult things that took a little longer and were a little more involved. KC Credit has a wide range of credit solutions for credit issues that extend beyond the credit report but end up affecting the credit report once the issues are resolved. Their service is worth every ***** because the long term maintenance and optimization of my credit scores and reports end up saving me a lot of money in interest rates and also open doors for borrowing opportunities that I otherwise would not have had.Carter D.

KC credit, helped me tremendously with everything they did! my credit score increased over 100 points, and they wiped out a huge amount of negative remarks on my credit. I couldn't be happier with this company!Review from Jessaca R

SCAM... they did not help repair my credit, they took my money and helped me by ruining my credit further... I didn't feel supported or secure and they lied to me and read from a script when they are asked difficult questions. *****, head of the company, is not helping people, she is taking their money. She told me directly that they were in the process of hiring and training new staff to be more supportive and communicate with clients transfered from **************** (also scamners), but that was over a year ago and I was told "it takes time" ... come on... a year to train people to provide customer/client service to paying customers/ clients? ************************* and her company of employees should be ashamed of themselves. We have contacted this customer and she is agreed to change this as we have proof that all her work was done and she even signed it and sent it out. We always take care of our customers and carry a full staff to assist them. She is unhappy with Aspens work not KC Credit Services.Review from theresa c

Kc Credit Services is a great company to help with your credit cleaning needs. They have helped mu hubby and I with cleaning up of our credit. Every time I have called or emailed them with questions. They have always been there to answers the questions.Review from Saqib

I completely agree whatever ****** T mentioned word to word. Yes, they mislead people in the beginning. To sign up with them was not my desire. I never reached out to them. I was tricked and mislead by another scam company. They had been charging me for nothing and then they ran away after transferring me to this KC Credit Service. I was totally mislead. I'll advise you all to give it a second thought before even talking to them.KC Credit Services Response

KC Credit Services has performed all work under agreements for this customer and have proof of all work completed. He is upset about the other company that he was working with that went out of business and he was given the opportunity thru them to move over to us. He chose to come over for better service as they only did debt validation only. He received both Debt Validation and Credit Repair here for a lower monthly fee than what he was paying the other company for only one service. This is unfounded and KC Credit Services cannot help what the other company did or did not due.Review from Sherri T

This company is a complete scam. Do NOT do business with them if you have ANY significant credit card debt. Word to the wise- read the fine print. You will be forced to act as your own attorney and in the end, after paying for months and months of fees, the liability and lawsuits will be on you, in addition to the monthly cost initially agreed apon. This business is misleading and preys upon vulnerable people in desperate times.KC Credit Services Response

KC Credit Services does not pay customers debt off and this customer was in another program before coming here to our services. We are a credit repair and debt validation company. No customers of ours have to be their own attorney and if they have debt that they get sued on we have a paralegal service that they can hire to help them. We did a exit interview with this consumer and record all calls. Not once did she say she was unhappy with us but was unhappy with what she thought the other company who closed down lead her to believe they were paying off her debt. We have reached back out to her to find out what the issue is with KCCS and have not heard back from her at this time. She told us on the exit interview she wanted to pay off her debt which she owes and then come back for the repair work. Our customers only pay for credit repair and debt validation against collection company and we charge no fees until we have performed each month service and have proof that services were performed. We hope to resolve this with her when she calls us back. What is said here is not true in any way.Review from Sally B

Very shady dealing of transferring my account from one debt reduction group to another.After the unexpected death of my husband I found ***** to help settle my credit card debt in probate and turned over 37000,00 dollars blowing in the wind I started with ***** 2/2020 nothing was done my three credit cards balances still are pending my credit is struggling. Im receiving notices and and very little correspondence that I have to initiate myself usually after my probate lawyer gets another notification of non payment. After a year of phone calls to inquiries about my account; ***** sent docu signs say that theyre no longer handling my account and the ** debt reduction team would move in and settle my outstanding credit card balances here to date 7/1/2021 nothing to be reported and now telling me Im missing some crucial paperwork that I need to contact my creditors myself. I am unemployed and living on my husbands life insurance that; ***** gladly accepted 37000 of. I feel Ive have been duped that 37k wouldve gone a longer if I just negotiated with my creditors myself. Please do some research on this business wish I could just get this part of my life behind me, losing my husband shouldve been the worst part of my year now dealing with a nightmare of financial problems hasnt give me a any relief. What more can I do?Beware of debt reduction if it sounds too good to be true, ??
