We placed an order on 11/18/21 for 22 custom shirts for our company. We paid Invoice #67 for $237.59 in full and have a paid receipt from ***** ******* (owner). We have made many calls, emails, texts, facebook messages, to try to get our order and she has refused any contact. She has deleted most accounts and her business is vacated. She has taken the funds for our order and has not given us any way to get our order or our money in return.Initial Complaint

Spent almost $600 on custom t-shirts and hoodies in September 2021 and received them with ink stains, ink smudges, discoloration and footprints all over all but 2 (ordered 15 hoodies and 10 T-shirt's). Was given a choice for a heavier hoodie and that is what we chose however 5 of the hoodies were not the heavy ones. Contacted the owner, *****, (sent her pictures of some of the issues) and she said she would remake them all and we could swap them out however now we cannot get anyone to contact us back. No return phone calls, no return texts and no return private messages. We either want the shirts made without ink all over them or want our money back.Business response

This is in regards to ref # ********. I ***** ******* am the owner and I am very sorry about customers order I hired a new team member and they did not do a good job at QC( Quality Control ) of this order. I was not there or over see that week. So customer sent me pics and I would of not sent those out if it was me there was ink smudges in different areas and shirts have discoloration to them like they got to hot during cure process with that being said I told **** Bates owner of Bates Construction. I would replace all of them and do them myself. They order safety colors and the hoodies have been on back order they r in and will be done for This Friday for pick up10-23-21 I have done work for them before and had no issues. Side note I have emailed and text **** of situation. He was totally cool with it. I also did some things for free. So I don’t understand This complaint. There is nothing I can do if items are on back order. Super sorry once again thank you for your time. All of order be ready this FridayThank You,***** *******Sales Rep
