              We had a sofa delivered from Carol House Furniture on November 28, 2023. It was supposed to come with four pillows which were not delivered with the furniture. We have called them emailed them many times and they claimed the pillows will be delivered eventually as they were being made overseas. we feel the time that this is taking is ridiculous and they have not informed us after recent phone calls and emails about the progress of the pillows being delivered. We would like them to send us a check for $300 for the value of the pillows.

              **************** is terrible. Our 10 Week Delivery for a Custom Order Couch turned into 14 Weeks. We only found out when we called to Check on Order Status. Received a Message on 4/1 that it could be Delivered 4/9 (5 Weeks late). Called back to Schedule Delivery and they said first available Date is 4/16 ( 6 Weeks late). Interacted with 4 different Employees. Not a single Sorry for your inconvenience. Too many other options to ever shop there again
