I am becoming discouraged with Signature. Thought they were good, but now wondering if Im getting scammed or something. They did a good job on my bathroom in 2021, but not sure I should have chosen them this time around.

Four years ago (2018) I had Signature Kitchen and Baths complete the renovation of two bathrooms and a kitchen countertop. So a pretty significant project with an equally significant price tag.Only four years in my master bath shower is now leaking. I think it is reasonable for a shower that has only been in place for four years, not to leak. Especially since the shower that was there previously, for decades, never leaked. I called Signature Kitchen and Bath to explain the situation. The receptionist took a message and said someone would call me back. Of course, they didnt, so I called again the next day, and the receptionist took a message and said someone would call me back. The Marketing Manager called me back explained the person with whom I needed to speak was on vacation, but she would be sure to provide my contact information so he could call me back. That was March 2022, and it is now July 2022. I still dont have a call back.I was told by the Marketing Manager that standard industry practice is a one year warranty on the project which is convenient since the leak was discovered to be caused by not grouting the design element in the shower. Meaningthe worker didnt put ANY grout in the tile to prevent water from getting BEHIND the tile and causing a leak. Guess whatwhen you have a shower leak, the only way to fix it is to get a whole new shower done. So, yes, I had to pay thousands of dollars to get the shower redone ONLY 4 years later.The industry standard may be only a one year warranty, but there are places and people who will stand behind their work regardless of legal terms. Unfortunately, Signature Kitchen and Bath is not one of those high quality, integrity driven places.

Signature Kitchen and Bath is probably the worse company in Missouri to have any construction done. My wife and I paid this company over $100,000.00 to remodel our kitchen and bathrooms. The work they performed on installation was fine workmanship, but service after the sell, they do not want anything to do with coming back and fixing any problems. In our kitchen we have problems with the cabinet doors and one of the cabinet doors in our master bath completely fell off. My wife and I are in our 60’s and we were in shock that no one would return our phone calls. We spoke with a sales lady in the St. Charles location and explain our problems, we were not expecting warranty repair but at least for someone to return our call about addressing our problems. After 6 attempts to have someone address our problem, I finally told the *****, that we give up. It wasn’t until then that someone finally contacted us by email when I threaten to write a review…..I was in business myself for 28 years and was completely shocked by the simple fact that no one would even call us to talk to us. I never write a review, I usually move on, but this was completely shocking.

These guys are terrible. We are going on 6 months for a simple dining room wall project. Not a single proactive call from anyone at Signature to inform us as to status, next steps, etc. I left a negative Facebook review, and rather than reach out to ask about the issues, they blocked me. This place deserves to go out of business.
