              We purchased a sofa from this retailer in early 2022. Unfortunately our dog damaged one of the arms soon after. Fortunately (or so we thought) we had purchased a warranty from ********* through Crowley for $199. After waiting 5 months for a repair and encountering numerous excuses and broken promises (and unreturned calls) we purchased a new sofa from a competitor. They told me today that fabric was cut today and I should expect in two weeks but we've been hearing this since April so I have no confidence in this occurring. Regardless, by then the couch will be on the sidewalk as new one arrives this Saturday. ********* is, in a word, a joke. They have a one star rating with BBB and are inadequately staffed-hours on hold. They don't even open up on Wednesday. This retailer should make better decisions as to who they partner with as it is ultimately a reflection on them. Simple as that.
