On February 3rd i went to lees summit dodge for a ************** change. They did the oil change but not a rotation as per the pre-purchased package due to bad lug nuts. The service adviser recommended amazon and said come back anytime and we will complete the package with no mention of making an appointment. I returned the following Monday the service person on duty said with a "pissed off attitude" absolutely not today and s. aid i needed an appointment 1 week later. i called again on Feb 11 they said not until Feb 17. I asked to speak with the dealership manager he was not availble. I have been a loyal customer of this dealership since 2006 and would expect better since this job for trained mechanics would take no more than 15 minutes.

On November 3, 2021 I initiated a consumer credit transaction for the purchase of a vehicle. This company uses high-pressure sales tactics to get consumers to agree with their fraudulent terms and conditions on their retail installment contracts. After further investigation of my retail installment contract the company was not honest, as far down-payments and equal consideration is concerned. The company takes advantage of consumers ignorance of contract law. This review should be published to inform consumers about the unfair and deceptive business practices that Lees Summit Dodge Chrysler Jeep uses to get consumers to perfect liens on their assets.

On November 7, 2020, I was looking for a used vehicle. The salesman followed me around as I drove through the used vehicles as I was leaving, I stopped and said hello. He then asked what kind of car I wanted and how much I would pay. I advised $10,000 was the *** and the conversation continued. He walked me to the back of the lot to a parked 2012 Chrysler Town and Country. I bought a new 96 Chrysler mini van in August 95, the same month I learned I had cancer, but before chemo and radiation treatments and I loved it, so was interested in the one he was showing. Long story short, I was 80 years at that time, had a credit rating of around 745. Before I left, I had signed my name on the dotted line to purchase the van. (I had not done the due diligence to know the blue book value, so I bare some responsibility.) The paperwork was filled out for credit and I came home. I started getting letters of decline for credit, 11 of them to the best of my memory, until I received one that explained why credit was denied. The value of the vehicle was $2500 less than the credit applied for and by this time, my credit score was had dropped to around 640. Finally I went online and looked up the used vehicles for Lees Summit Chrysler and there was the very van I had signed to purchase and it was listed for $8995. I do not remember the final price paid to the dealership, but I ended up with a bank charge totaling over $13,000. I think the salesman and whoever was filing the credit applications were dishonest in the entire process. They saw an old disabled widow woman in need of a vehicle and took advantage of my situation! I finally picked the car up between November 23rd and 30th. I have read the Customer Review Submission Terms. I believe this review should be published so others will know what can happen when they deal with this business!
