    Multiple delivery dates, furniture delivered and not reassembled, belongings outside, in pieces, gate left wide open, not following basic directions regarding where to put furniture, call for access to unit, not meeting per agreements, rescheduling delivery several times. Expecting me to sleep on floor, and wait for them and my bed is in wrong room, not put together. Forcing me to reschedule chemotherapy and surgery to accommodate their schedule but rescheduling after I cancel two chemotherapy appointments and reschedule arm surgery. Being expected to be available at any given time and any given day. I have already accommodated their schedule and each delivery delay after being called to meet driver. I have not been able to live in my house due to delays and no reassembly of what was taken apart to move from previous house. I keep being put off for other scheduled deliveries. My belongings are still OUTSIDE and nobody has called to resolve these problems. Finish JOB and schedule time and date WITH ME FIRST. I have already told them that I rescheduled my arm surgery in OCTOBER FOR THEM. Its October in THREE DAYS. The converted pictures are too large to send, even with TIFF, JPG and other programs, *** was sent pictures on his phone via text, I was told Sorry, but nothing could be done that was Saturday afternoon, it is now Monday almost noon and I have not received any sort of resolution.

    We are aware of the customer's complaints.  In regard to her delivery spread, we delivered her order withing the delivery spread she signed for her contract.  When *** learned of the issue on Saturday, he reached our driver who did go back and tried to remedy the situation.  Unfortunately, we learned not everything was taken care of and today, we have spoken with our customer and are sending a two-man crew out at our expense to correct anything she feels needs to be corrected.  The washer and dryer were not part of the contract to hook up, but we are doing that as a good will gesture when the two men go back out.  We regret she was not satisfied and are doing what we need to do at our cost to remedy the mistake.  As of this morning's conversation she had with ***, we believe this is an acceptable solution for her.
