Tim S. (T.S.) was the installer of our honeycomb blinds. He stayed in contact with us throughout the day. His appointment prior to our took longer than anticipated, but he communicated with us that he would be 30 minutes later than our appointment. Then when he was on his way, he called and advised that traffic would add and addition few minutes. We greatly appreciated the constant updates. He presented a a profession and was courteous. Once the install was complete and demonstrated how to raise and lower the shades, reviewed the warranty information and advised the document would be coming via email, and asked us if we had any questions. Kegan with Solar Shield did an excellent job installing 6 blinds in our townhouse. Professional, friendly and very skilled. The entire process took about 15 minutes.Review from Heather V

Solar Shield is Super professional, on time & courteous. They were extremely responsive to the one hiccup we had, Assessed, ordered the replacement part and had it working like new asap, no charge. They stand on their word.Review from Frank F
