It looks like the order for a new MC and DOT number was submitted on 07-25-2025 at 10:33am EST. It looks like the same IP address using the same computer placed a refund request on 07-25-2025 at 3:55pm EST. You also noted this in your complaint that you submitted a refund request that same day. Since the filing was not completed yet, the order was automatically refunded back to the original card on file. Because the order was refunded, we are not able to complete this for you. If you would like to request a new USDOT and MC Number, please feel free to place another order, but again, since this was automatically refunded at your request, we are not able to proceed.We are requesting that you remove this BBB complaint since you requested a refund same day, the order was refunded back to you automatically same day, but yet you are complaining for not receiving the DOT and MC number.

I show that your filing was submitted on April 30th, 2025. As noted on our website, there is currently a processing delay of several weeks for all updates, reactivations and deactivations due to recent FMCSA system changes.
We emailed the required paperwork to the address provided (**************************) on June 20th, 2025. However, we never received a signed copy in return. Today's email was the first response we received and upon receiving it, one of our representatives attempted to complete the filing through the FMCSA portal on your behalf.
Unfortunately, the FMCSA's updated system has made these processes more complex, which is why we've included a notice on our website. For customers needing expedited service, we encourage reaching out directly so we can assist further by pushing you up in the queue for faster processing. If you no longer wish to proceed with a filing, we also offer a quick and automated refund option on our site or you can reply back that you no longer wish to continue so that an agent can refund you.

I have emailed them about my mc number that I haven't received and it turns out I was over charged at the fmcsa website is 300 and theirs is 500 plus they don't have a phone number or an address their live agent is always down as usual it turns out am not the only one theirs many who have complained about them . It looks like we emailed you on May 16th confirming that you wish to change to interstate and if the vehicles were going to be over or under 10k lbs.
You emailed us back that same day to let us know that you will be interstate and the truck is under 10k lbs.
We sent you a follow up email on May 20th to let you know that we have had your PIN mailed to your mailing address on file (), and requested for you to reply back once you have the PIN so that we can process the application on our end. Our review shows that you read the email the same day but you have not replied back if the PIN was received so that we could finalize it on our end.
I do show that you submitted a refund request this morning and it was in review to be processed for you as requested.
I have went ahead and processed the refund for you and cancelled the MC Application.

These folks are posing as UCR & FMSCA.
They have no phone number you can reach anyone at. There live chat support does not work & they are ignoring my emails. I just gave them $200 for expidited UCR filing & nothing has occured. I submitted for a USDOT number/mc number an never received my authority number or paperwork. I was told by the fmca. Gov that those are given out the same day. An or also registered on that same day. I mistakenly used this site as it is very misleading. I realized I had made a mistake with in an hour and contacted them for a refund and was told no. As I read the reviews and other complaints my is the same, when I did get my UCR form this company charged me $3704 for the registrations that only cost the $2.00. I would like a refund of $3204 which give them $250 for each of the two registration's they did, I find that very reasonable.Business Response

Good afternoon,
The reason you were denied a refund is because we already processed this as you requested. We did not charge you as we do not have subscription services, you came onto our website and filed for UCR Registration for the 2025 year for both DOT numbers.
Your USDOT number, ******, paid a total of $1,893 for 21 trucks. The total fees included were $963.00 State Fee, $1.00 Convenience Fee, $100.00 Express Fee, $20.00 Credit Card Processing Fee and $809.00 for Processing Fees. The total you would have paid if filed directly through UCR with ACH is $964.
Your USDOT Number, ******, paid a total of $7,368 for 149 trucks. The total fees included were $4,592.00 State Fee, $1.00 Convenience Fee, $100.00 Credit Card Processing Fee and $2,675.00 for Processing Fees. The total you would have paid if filed directly through UCR with ACH is $4,593.With that said, I am not quite sure where your statement of "for the registrations that only cost $2.00" came from, as with your total trucks, you would have paid more than $2, and furthermore, the lowest tier in the UCR category with only 0-2 trucks pays $47.
With that being said, I do show that we did complete the two orders as you requested.
I am unable to cancel the requests for you as they are already attached to your DOT Number but we are willing to work with you. If you would like to reach out to Kentucky's UCR Department and request a refund and cancellation for the UCR Registrations, once they process that request in 30 days we will have no issues refunding you in full. We are unable to request the refund on your behalf, it would have to come from you directly.
If you would like to move forward with that, once the refund has been issued on Kentucky's side in full and the UCR Registration that we completed on your behalf as your requested has been cancelled, we will proceed with issuing you the refund.

I fell victim to the same website as others have submitted complaints about. I was merely trying to register my *** for 2025 as I do every year. The fee is approximately $47.00 for the year. FMCA *********** popped up first in my browser. I mistakenly clicked on this website and unfortunately paid $190.00 for a $47.00 service! I also assumed the fee had increased as everything else in the world has. Within one minute, a confirmation from the legitimate *** had issued me a successful registration for 2025. It was then I realized I had used a seemingly false website that looks legitimate for the actual *** website.
I immediately searched for a phone number for support. No phone number is listed on the website. The chat feature is ever constant unavailable! I submitted 2 request for a representative to contact me on December 6, 2024 (the same date as the transaction), as well as emailed both addresses listed. No response until I waited to December 18, 2024 and emailed again. I tried calling the phone number listed on my credit card transaction reference. Big surprise, not in service! I finally received an email stating I am not eligible for a refund since the transaction posted and my first email within 9 minutes!!
I feel the website is misleading and shady with no direct contact available.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:I submitted the contact request via your website within minutes of the initial transaction on December 6, 2024. I waited until December 18, 2024 without any response. Then I sent two emails, one to the "help" address and the same to the "orders" address.
Simply put, I feel the website is purposely similar to the legitimate *** website that I use yearly to renew my registration for approximately $47.00. Once doing the google search for *** registration, your website was the first to appear and seemed legitimate. I proceeded with filing the registration and assumed the $190.00 fee was an increase from previous years due to inflation etc. Immediately after completing the transaction, I realized this was not the official *** website!
I understand your website processes filings for multiple items regarding transportation regulations. You then remit the $47.00 to the agency and keep the rest. I have no reason to overpay for your service when I can simply access the *** website directly and pay the $47.00 yearly.
I request you refund my purchase or at least $143.00 (difference of overpayment). I assure you that I will not longer be using your service and feel that your website is misleading the end-user by not boldly identifying yourself as a third party!

I am showing that you filed the *** Registration on 2024-12-06 12:07:29 EST. This was completed for you on 2024-12-06 12:14:42 EST. Your initial contact requesting for the refund was submitted on 2024-12-06 12:25 EST, which was after the fact.
Our website is ***************, the website you are referring to is *******. The domain names are not closely related, we do not use a .gov, .org or any endings that may be construed as a government website, we do not use any logos for the *** plan, we also do have listed that we are a third party website. Our website does not mainly focus on *** Registrations, and we have services that include permits for individual states as well. On ***.gov's website, the only thing you can file is the *** Registration. Our website was not "purposely" made to look "similar", and in fact we have differentiated ourselves from where you can go to file the *** Registration directly, not just through the style of the website but how it works and the options chosen. This style is incorporated across all of our filings, as well, not just the individual *** filing. The description for the *** Registration on our website also explicitly states "Please note, pricing is for the *** filing fee, processing fee, filing fee and there may be additional fees for processing time as well as a certificate" as well as "All *** filings will be completed during normal business hours." Furthermore, we do request that you choose a processing time for how quickly you would like your *** filed. At the end when you go to make payment, the total amount is also listed for you and you can choose to pay with card or with PayPal (which the *** Registration does not let you pay with PayPal). At no point in any of our filings is the top menu bar hidden which shows "Home" "Filings and Permits" "Contact us" and "Support". At the beginning of the filings under the "Proceed to Filing" button, there is also a "Learn More" button which features an entire paragraph with a heading that states "Trust FMCA Filings for Your Unified Carrier Registration". The bottom footer of our website which is also never hidden during the registration process and can be seen any point on any of the filings pages states "Information and images contained here are the property of FMCA Filings, LLC", "operated by a private third-party provider offering services for a fee", "We are NOT affiliated with any government authority (USDOT/FMCSA)", "The fee totals listed on our website will reflect the cost with the government, service processing fees", "This website is not affiliated with the Unified Carrier Registration Plan" and "This website is operated by a private company that provides a private registration service for an additional fee. You are not required to use this site to register with the *** Plan. You may register directly with the *** Plan at ************* Also, the terms and conditions that are agreed upon and you agreed that you have read prior to continuing, the 3rd line at the very top states "The Customer understands and acknowledges that FMCA is operated by a private third-party provider offering services for a fee" and the 5th line states "FMCA is NOT affiliated with any government authority".
All of these things mentioned above are how we not only differentiating ourselves and our business but also how we clearly mark and post everywhere that we are a third party company.
I understand that you did not mean to file on our website, but, we did complete the service as you requested, and unfortunately I am unable to issue you a refund as the service has been completed as requested.
We are willing to offer you a free biennial update in the future or if you need any assistance with any name changes, address changes, or entity type changes.

I was searching FMCA to see how I go about cancelling a DOT number. Apparently I ended up on website that was not legit. This company is clearly misleading people to think they are on the FMCA's website. Thankfully, I also reached out to the FMCA directly and was told that they do not charge a fee to cancel a DOT number so I went back to my email receipt only to find out there is no phone number or way to reach this company other than through chat. I have since reached out to my credit card company to reverse/dispute the charges. I deal with DOT/FMCA regularly through my work and cannot believe I fell for this. For the most part, these "companies" that try to do filings on your behalf and charge fees, state such disclaimers somewhere in fine print that they are not associated with such govt. entities, etc., but I did not see this anywhere on your website and thought I was dealing with the actual FMCA goverment website. On January 3rd I went to fill out the MCS-150 report for the government and submitted it. When I
did not receive the usual report back and tried to access today Jan 3 I found out the report I
filled out was not from government website. The FMCA LLC did not identify their site or terms/fees before or after the report was filled out. When I was checking on this today I found confirmation they filed report but did not send me a copy and charged my credit card for $170.00 I contacted them by email concerning the misrepresentation that it was the free government form I was filling out. I did not go to and have never been on their website by my choice until today but had typed in the government website and their form popped up. When I questioned them further they said I had agreed to their terms/fees before I had filled out form. I have been filling out these government forms for years and I would have never agreed to pay someone to fill out this form. And i did not receive a copy of report till today when I was questioning why I did not receive it, This is fraud and misrepresentation!!! when checking their terms today they said they
had 30 day cancel or refund policy but told me they filed report so no refund - I never gave this
company permission to file report and charge my credit card as there was only what looked like the usual form I had filled out in previous years. All of our filings require the entry of the DOT Number, Email and the agreement to the Terms and Agreements, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. As mentioned, every customer does have to agree to the terms and conditions, privacy policy and refund policy and must enter their DOT and email prior to any filings being submitted through our website. You cannot bypass these agreements. I am attaching the screenshot (Screenshot 2) of how the form looks on the website, and also attaching the link ***************************************************** Once you click on "I agree that I have already read and accept the terms and conditions, privacy policy, and refund policy" the system automatically saves your IP Address, your name and the date and time that the agreement was made to create a binding contract when you submit the filing. IP Address 67.43.116.146, which returns to Highland, Illinois, was the same IP Address that click on the agreements to the policies on 2024-01-03 10:51:14 EST and also was the same IP Address that you started the LiveChat from.
As for the MCS-150, the copies of the paperwork were provided to you on 3 different occasions. Once to your email on January 3, 2024, 3:37 PM EST, which you read on January 3, 2024, 3:38 PM EST. Once on the LiveChat on January 16, 2024 13:23 EST (I have attached a screenshot of our representative providing you the copy in the LiveChat, please see Screenshot 1). And it was emailed to you again on January 16, 2024 13:03 EST which was read by you on January 16, 2024 13:05 EST.
This MCS-150 filing was completed for you as you requested and unfortunately, due to our refund policy once the filing has been completed for you, no refund will be provided.
