            Two weeks ago Everhart was trimming a neighbor's tree. Without authorization and without inquiry of any type, Everhart Tree Service placed a 30,000 lb vehicle on our driveway. Upon realizing such a large truck was on our driveway, I requested they remove it immediately. They resisted. After a discussion, they did remove the truck. Residential driveways are designed only for 8,000 pound vehicles. I have been in the construction business for 40 years. I'm astounded that they did not inquire before doing this. I am very concerned that this act has damaged my driveway and cause cracks or settlement of the concrete panels. I sent two e-mails to the company requesting an apology and three years guarantee that my driveway will not crack or settle for a period of three years. They did not respond to my these e-mail notes. I have numerous photographs.

            Extremely happy with this company. They are professional, work hard and do excellent work. The clean up was great. They even picked up a couple of limbs that had come down during a snow storm. We are elderly and unable to do much yard work. This company will always be our go to tree service.
