I purchased a ***** **** membership **** * ******** with the intention of using the online classes/videos for learning. After trying the service, I found it lacking and emailed ***** customer service to request a refund on Sept 27. I received no response, so I called Pryor customer service and left a message requesting a refund. I received a voicemail on Oct 7 at 9:38am from **** ****t of ***** Seminars ****** * ************** I returned her call and she instructed me to forward the original email to her, requesting a refund. The following week I followed up with her and she said she hadn't received the email. I asked for her email, so I could send it to her directly, but she said that was not possible and had to be sent to the general email inbox. I sent it again on Oct 18 and still have not received a refund or a follow up call. Getting refunded should not be this difficult. It's beginning to look like Pryor is doing this to avoid refunding me. See attached emails.Business response

The original credit card was refunded in full on October 20th, 2021. We apologize ****** wasn't happy with our service and the time frame on her refund.Customer response
