      I purchased a ***** **** membership **** * ******** with the intention of using the online classes/videos for learning. After trying the service, I found it lacking and emailed ***** customer service to request a refund on Sept 27. I received no response, so I called Pryor customer service and left a message requesting a refund. I received a voicemail on Oct 7 at 9:38am from **** ****t of ***** Seminars ****** * ************** I returned her call and she instructed me to forward the original email to her, requesting a refund. The following week I followed up with her and she said she hadn't received the email. I asked for her email, so I could send it to her directly, but she said that was not possible and had to be sent to the general email inbox. I sent it again on Oct 18 and still have not received a refund or a follow up call. Getting refunded should not be this difficult. It's beginning to look like Pryor is doing this to avoid refunding me. See attached emails.

      Primarily a marketing opportunity for the company to sell you books not included in tuition. Training okay? But students not screened for level of expertise. Unqualified students frequently big down training.
