I attached a copy of my email to them
I had the worst experience ever. I am a disabled veteran. I stayed there on February 2, 2021 - February 5, 2021. They called the cops on me because they discovered that I had a bench warrant that I didn't know about. My family called them and offered to tow my truck off there lot. They said know that it can stay there as it wasn't in front of a room or in the way. They ran my bank card to park it there so they wouldn't tow it cause that's how respectful I am. I got out of jail and discovered they towed it. They lied to the towing company and said they had my door kicked in and that wasn't true. I had to pay $1,800 to the tow place and $800 dollars in cab fair just to get my truck back. I want a refund on all of this because it was unnecessary and trust me highly disrespectful to a disabled army veteran.
