I was contacted by this law firm because as a Marine I was exposed to toxic water at Camp Lejeune .For months they have sent and asked for various forms of information. Information I have given them permission to access through my military personnel and medical records. I have also given permission to access my VA Hospital records. Yet they continue to put that responsibility on me. I am a dying breed; to wit a Vietnam Combat Vet aged 72 and it should be their task to get these records on my behalf. Otherwise what exactly are they doing for me. They are the ones who will be making millions off me and the thousands of vets who were exposed. Many of us are too old to be able to navigate all the records they need where as a law firm like them should have no problem doing that. Sounds to me like they are taking advantage of veterans for their monetary advantage.

Krause and kinsman has hired an internet marketing firm that blasts spam emails about the Camp Lejeune injury lawsuits. I receive 3-5 spam emails every day. The emails cannot be unsubscribed from and they originate from random email addresses so they cannot be blocked. These are hacking techniques use for spam and fishing campaigns…they are using these hackers to advertise for their personal injury business. This a horrific marketing technique and these guys are ******** for spamming millions of people over and over again every day.

As many as 12 or more times I have attempted to “unsubscribe” to an unwarranted email this attorney’s office has sent me. I consider it harassment.

This business and their affiliates are bombarding me with e-mails about the Camp LeJune lawsuit. I don’t want these emails and when I try to unsubscribe it doesn’t work. I believe they only put the “unsubscribe here” statement in their advertisement because it is the law. They don’t allow you to unsubscribe. Hitting the “unsubscribe here” takes you to another advertisement by them. I have tried it multiple times and it doesn’t work. How can I stop this harassment?

15 to 20 unsolicited emails about the Camp Lejeune water contamination issue and I never server there. Further, I have tried unsuccessfully to unsubscribe for weeks.

Several times a day I get emails from you ambulance chasers. They are formatted in a way to get past spam filters gmail uses. I have tried clicking unsubscribe. I have called several times and now I am getting them multiple times per hour! This is harassment. And also given the fact that I am a vet that is diagnosed with PTSD, these emails of a military nature are triggering panic attacks and flashbacks that cripples me for days. I wonder if I should hire a lawyer and sue you *******.

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: I have given this business more than one opportunity to stop the harassing emails by calling and giving them my email. I called on September 17th. After that call, I started receiving 2 emails at a time, multiple times a day, I also started receiving emails in the same format for the email body and subject, which indicates being sent by the same company, though these new emails were attempts to get me to click for things such as home depot or *** prize confirmation. So after my September 17th call, I started getting MORE emails. I called again September 19th TWICE and again, gave my email. Still was getting emails multiple times a day, even in the middle of the night. On September 23rd I called again, and, once again gave my email and this time let them know that if they do not stop, I will be filing a report with The Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel as well as seeking an attorney to sue for harassment. You had your chance, and after retaining counsel and explaining to him that these emails of a military nature was causing me distress due to triggering my PTSD, which I am diagnosed with and also compensated for with VA benefits, and the fact that I have kept all records of those emails and calls, I am no longer upset, but happy. Because he has said this will be a easy lawsuit to win. See you guys in court, I look forward to meeting all of you =)

      Regards,

Spams inbox’s with no ability to unsubscribe. I get 10+ emails a day from their spam factory. I have never once given my information to them not requested to be mass spammed from their garbage money making schemes.

I am rejecting this response because: why would I save Spam emails? It’s lists your address and is related to Camp Lejeune settlements using fake emails. My email automatically filters and deletes the junk mail.
