This company is a scam. Same review as below. Sign a 1 year contract no issues. Resign for year 2 and 3 month in I get a strangely worded email not even addressed to me. I forward it to my agent as it just appears to be a scam (was in my junk folder too). Agent does nothing with it and 45 days later they debit my account 800% more than the last 15 months. It then took me another 4 months for them to cancel the policy and continued to auto charge me. We've contacted an attorney and our state attorney general so will be seeing this scam through.

Thank you for your feedback. The email you received outlined rate and coverage changes required by the carriers that underwrite our program in response to market factors like inflation, increased construction costs, and catastrophic weather events, especially in Florida. It provided 45 days of notice before these changes took effect. Per the Program Participation Agreement all insureds sign, we are a monthly reporting program, and our carriers can change coverage and rates at any time to maintain the stability of the program. The worse insurance company ever! Do not do business them. I am an experienced real estate investor and have never seen such a shady company as this one. They raised my policy by 600% & sent a very deceiving letter that seemed that there would be no increase but it turns out there was. They stole over $10,000 from me in premiums due to this increase & they refuse to refund it. Unfortunately, factors like inflation, increased building costs, and severe weather events have caused the carriers that underwrite our program to require rate increases to keep up with these market conditions. Per the Program Participation Agreement all insureds sign, we are a monthly reporting program, and our carriers can change coverage and rates at any time to maintain the stability of the program. The email you received outlining the required rate and coverage changes met the 45-day notice requirement for your state. We’ve refunded a majority of the annual pre-payment on your account, less the premium for the months where coverage was afforded to you. We wish you all the best.Review from Tannya C

Extremely inexperienced company. Hard to access any policy information and agent portal is very limited. They automatically *******&S policy with/out a request to bind and automatically withdraw from the agency Premium Trust Account. I've only wrote one policy with them, and it has been the most frustrating experience I had in a long time.Review from Benedict J

STAY AWAY FROM NREIG... They're great until you put a claim in! Submitted a claim in after receiving a lawsuit. They waited until 1 day before my lawsuit response deadline to tell me that they would not represent me, after sitting on the claim for over 2 months... 1 DAY BEFORE... Hello,We are sorry to hear about your negative experience with our carrier and take your review very seriously.According to our records, the insurance carrier on file did their due diligence to assess the loss and determine whether it was an insurable loss. We found that the insurance carrier was granted a deadline extension on your behalf so they could fully complete their investigation. I can assure you that your file did not sit neglected for two months. Unfortunately, the loss was not one that is covered by our premises liability insurance policy. I can assure you that if it were a covered loss, it would have been adjusted accordingly.Additionally, please note that NREIG is the insurance agency, not the insurance carrier. Carriers are responsible for adjudicating their own losses or hiring a Third Party Adjusting firm to do so for them. As such, NREIG has no ability to deny (or pay) losses.Thank you.Review from JJ H

Do not do business with this insurance company. I went to them for insurance. Their customer service is poor. I reached out to January 4, 2023. She did not get back to me until January 17th. They wanted money prior to the loan closing, they wanted me to pay for insurance for a property that I had not yet purchase. Like other insurance agencies, we do require premiums to be paid before sending proof of insurance documents. Best in the business for investors large and small... excellent response times and solutions for a few tricky placements. I would absolutely recommend ***** and ****** and their team. Insurance isn't perfect and neither is the world we're living in. So good to work with true pros in these challenging times."
