I purchased a furnace, Coil, and Condenser from Ron P******* on June 9th 2023. When I purchased them I was informed they were all brand new. Ron also gave me a HVAC referral for someone to install the coil and condenser at one of my rental units. The HVAC guy installed them and told me that the units were no good. Ron then told me that they weren't brand new but "like" new. He gave me another number and the second HVAC guy also told me the units were no good. The first HVAC guy stopped returning my calls and I was out $1000. He informed me that the goods Ron gets are actually stolen so you can't register them and they don't usually work because thieves don't disconnect things but just cut lines. I ended up getting another condenser and I bought a new coil. When we went to install the furnace, remember I had purchased a furnace as well, at another unit it too was scrap. It is now November 14th and Ron still has not refunded me for anything. He keeps telling me that he's trying to get the money back from the people he got the stuff from. I thought I was buying from a store and not craigslist!
