The property is question is a residential property where work was done in June 2021 to address what I described as "arching in the breaker panel and dozens of trips a month". I also had a **** doorbell hardwire installed. The **** doorbell requires a charge everyone. Unsure whether or not this is due to the model or the work done. I requested a tech come check it out. The microwave causes the fuse box to arch and trips breakers regularly and continually after the work performed. I called 5o request a tech come out. 10 phone calls later over the course of 6 months this is still not resolved. I am repeatedly told that I have no recourse but to await a phone call from the owner. I have spoken to what I believe are 2 levels of management. ***** most recently.l during my multiple attempts to address this. I do not receive call backs from *****. I was told ***** ******* is the next level to address my concern. ***** won't take my phone calls. I asked ******** today, 29 Dec 2021, if I came down to the building could I speak to someone in a position of authority regarding my issue. She explained to me, for a 3rd time, that this is elevated to the owner (***) and he doesn't get in until after 2pm. I was told the same thing yesterday, 28 Dec 2021, and I did not receive a call back. I just want the work done right. The panel didn't need to be replaced per the technicians on site in July for the work done. They completed the other other on the invoice and left. Very professional. ******, ******** and ******** were the receptionists and they very professional. $2200 and 10 phone calls later, I have 80% of the problems I had before the work was done and zero evidence that my concerns are being addressed.
