      Ok. Call this company to come look at my dishwasher. Wasnt powering on. Charged $102 to diagnosis the issue. No problem them say it would go towards the fixing of item. Cool. He said it would be roughly $170-$180 ish to fix. Im good with that. Said part would be in a few days. 2 weeks went by. Heard nothing. Then trying calling and texting. Still nothing. Finally I got a response. Now it going to cost over $400 to fix. Im like WHAT ? Apparently they said it needs more parts now. WOW. Bait and switch. The dishwasher only cost $399 two years ago. No way would I dump another $400 into a dishwasher that barely cost that much brand new. I asked for HALF my diagnosis fee refunded due to their in accurate diagnosis. I feel thats fair. Cuz if he would of told me that $400 right from start I would of said well c*** its not worth that to do and moved on and purchased a new one. But they strung me along for almost 3 weeks now and again are not responding to any texts or calls. Now Im still out a dishwasher. Its not a huge deal there, Ill get by right. Lol. But the way they handled this whole issue and still handling the issue kind of upsets me. Anyway, I WOULD NOT AND NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY AGAIN. REAL ******. If u choose to go with them all I can say is GOOD LUCK.

      I called this guy for help with my washer, ****************** and he was informed the brand and model number also what was wrong with the washer. He showed up without any parts and told me he would be back tomorrow early around 8am because he had to drive to pick up the part but he was much later and he did some work on it when he arrived told me it was fixed took more money from me and left. I went and tried to wash a load and it was still doing the same thing. I told him this and not hes telling me a lie about fixing a clutch when he just doesnt want to come back

      The customer contacted us in regards to a washer repair. The technician showed up. Within the scheduled time frame for the diagnosis. The technician observed the agitator to needing new agitation cogs. The technician then scheduled to pick up the parts and return the following day to replace them. Unfortunately that was not the only issue. After finding out what the entire issue was, we informed the customer of this and his options and we would deduct the amount of what was spent already or refund the customer for parts if he wanted to replace the unit. We have since refunded the customer and apologized for any inconvenience.
