I purchased a remanufactor turbo with actuator through Fleet Pride from BBB-Turbo Supply on May 30, 2023 the total price was$4060.27. After having the turbo installed no more than 700 miles later my engine ran away and caused for it to seize. After the mechanic did a diagnostic and removed the turbo, it was full of oil. The turbo was then sent back to turbo supply where they tested and accepted the claim admitting that the turbo they had sent was faulty. Being that the turbo and actuator was faulty it caused for a rebuild on my motor. I have a Cummins isx in my 2010 Freightliner Cascadia, and the price for the rebuild is $15,129.86. After communicating with Turbo Supply through Fleet Pride about having to do a rebuild because of their faulty part, Turbo Supply asked for maintenance records and an invoice for the rebuild. After both were sent months went by and Fleet Pride haven't heard back from Turbo Supply. At the beginning of this January I got contact information and the warranty claim number from Fleet Pride. I spoke with *********************** he acted as if the maintenance records and invoice was never sent, until he went through his email and seen it had been there for sometime. After telling me he would process the rest of the claim on January 5th I have not heard from him since, I've called the company and also left him numerous voicemails. With their part being the cause of my engine to seize and admitting to it being the cause then they should be responsible for the invoice on the rebuild.
